Still alive, I swear! I know it's been forever since I updated here; I'll be changing that soon.

The warm weather has done a great deal towards revitalizing my spirit, and I can honestly say I'm feeling happy again. I've started getting back to my long-neglected artwork and photography, though there's not much free time for either these days.

My family has been very busy lately. We're trying to cut back on needing to go anywhere for anything, what with the economy and all. We're putting a lot of energy into getting a garden in, and we have a batch of chickens now. We're even wanting to get some solar panels up. And I love my old-fashioned push mower I bought; it's saving money, good for the environment, and man am I getting a lot of exercise!

I'm slowing saving up for a new camera, since my old one is in such bad shape. I've borrowed one of mom's for now, so I can at least still get some photos.


...and now I'm going to go crash for the night. Long day.
